As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be our talent magnet, finding the right folks to join our green team. Your role will be as diverse as our landscapes – from planting the seed with candidates to collaborating with our hiring managers.
What You’ll Do:
Be the bridge that connects candidates and our team.
Manage the entire recruitment journey, end to end (average 30 roles).
Keep things flowing smoothly, even when things get busy throughout the growing season.
Proactively source and screen Garden Labourers, Horticulturalists and Greenkeepers.
Share your expertise with Hiring Managers, helping them recruit smarter and more efficiently.
Play a pivotal role as our business evolves during a merge, helping us cultivate fresh ways of working.
Use LiveHire, our ATS, to make the process smooth and seamless.
What You’ll Need:
A passion for people and a sense of spotting potential.
Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Be familiar with an ATS, preferably LiveHire.
Your communication skills can turn a chat into a connection.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability – find comfort in change.
