About the Role The System Analyst will be a Business Applications Solutions team member, responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based solutions and client applications using various technologies such as Data Factory, Dev Ops, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Microsoft 365,  and Power Platform. Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Solutions, the System Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and comply with the established standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to production incidents and support requests. Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve access and performance issues.

Maintain, develop, and deploy Power automate code.

Write complex SQL code to query data, fix bugs and implement enhancements.

Design and deploy in production various data objects, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures (T-SQL and PL/SQL)

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Work within the support process standards (and improve when required)

Provide customer-facing support to stakeholders

Provide periodic on-call support (24/7)

Develop, maintain, and support cloud systems and applications functionalities, such as SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Generative AI, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, Dev Ops, and Key Vault Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

Testing of patches implemented against business applications.

Ensure continued, uninterrupted service through identifying and resolving problems in a client/server environment.

Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation

Have excellent

communication skills

, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and peers.

Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to configure and deploy new features and applications.
