Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on technical support for various systems
• Offer on-site support across schools and the central office
• Troubleshoot and ensure reliable operation of network services
• Maintain positive collaboration and teamwork among staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma; technical program completion preferred
• Strong knowledge of hardware and Microsoft operating systems
• Experience with TCP/IP and networking essential
• Minimum two years of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
