**Customer Chat** Be the friendly voice that handles all incoming service calls. Answer questions, provide quotes, and schedule jobs – you are the go-to pool guru!
**Tech Support** Our technicians rely on you! You will be their main contact, keeping schedules tight and spirits high.
**Master of Routes** Reroute jobs on the fly to keep up with changing demands and ensure every pool gets the love it deserves.
**Timekeeper** Track and record employee hours with precision.
**Problem Solver** Manage urgent service issues and ensure repairs are handled smoothly.
**Data Dynamo** Juggle invoicing, payments, spreadsheets, and new hire data like a pro.
**Route Builder** Create and adjust service routes, adding new customers and optimizing technician assignments.
**Inventory Whiz** Keep the parts and supplies flowing to our tech storage facility.
**Warranty Wizard** Submit claims and keep warranties on track.
**Hiring Hero** Find and hire fantastic service technicians, and yes, you’ll have a say in parting ways if needed.
