Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sweeper/Buildings and Grounds personnel to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will contribute significantly to the overall appearance and safety of our property.
Responsibilities
- Operating bobcat with attachments to keep roads clean and clear materials.
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain grassed areas and landscaped zones. As needed.
- Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, trimming, and gardening tasks to enhance outdoor aesthetics. As needed.
- Conduct during winter months to keep walkways and driveways clear and safe for all staff and visitors.
- Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience handling lawn care equipment, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery.
- Ability to operate bobcat safely.
- Experience with tree trimming, mowing, landscaping projects, and using equipment is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks outdoors for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety standards and property upkeep. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
