Join Manulife’s Global Sustainability team as a Sustainability Data Analyst in Toronto. Support sustainability initiatives through data analysis, collection, and GHG emissions tracking in a hybrid work environment.
In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager of Climate & Sustainability and work collaboratively with a team focused on measurable impact. You will leverage your expertise in sustainability data, GHG accounting, and analytical skills to ensure audit-ready data for reporting and external disclosures. Your contributions will also assist in continuous process improvement and benchmarking efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and consolidate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data
• Maintain carbon accounting data pipeline for accuracy
• Partner with finance and other data contributors
• Prepare inputs for ratings and disclosures (e.g., CDP)
• Conduct benchmarking of climate metrics and target insights
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in sustainability or related field
• 2+ years in carbon accounting or environmental management
• Proficiency in GHG protocols and sustainability frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
