about this team

The team is responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon’s production requirements, translating the seasonal demand into a supply plan that best meets the business overall needs.

a day in the life

The Supply Planning Lead supports the planning for allocated categories to ensure Supply is balanced in the optimal way to meet demand forecast considering Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability. In addition, this role will:

  • Work with cross‑functional partners such as Merch, Planners, Sourcing, and LLO.
  • Ensure plans are communicated in a timely and accurate manner, highlighting risk, opportunity and recommendations.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day administration and reporting of the Categories plan.

qualifications

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders to establish shared goals
  • Experience of working in related product role
  • You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges and live with integrity
  • 5 Years’ experience in Supply Planning
  • Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems preferred

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 – $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus, subject to program eligibility requirements.
