We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our team. As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout. Your goal will be to optimize the supply chain network, minimize costs, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all activities related to supply chain planning and execution

Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and maintain positive relationships

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan production schedules

Implement and maintain supply chain performance metrics to measure and improve operational efficiency

Research and recommend new strategies and technologies to optimize the supply chain network

Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field

Proven experience working in supply chain management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and relevant laws and regulations in supply chain management
