We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to lead distribution operations within a fast-paced food or beverage CPG environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and routing activities, ensuring KPI performance, and leading a team of 20–30 associates to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day distribution and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Manage and optimize delivery routes and logistics planning to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries
- Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs (e.g., OTIF, productivity, accuracy, safety, cost per delivery)
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 20–30 employees (drivers, warehouse associates, merchandisers)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with transportation, customer service, and sales teams
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
2+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations
- Mandatory experience in Food, Beverage CPG industry
- Proven experience managing delivery routes and logistics operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 20–30 direct reports
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
