Holman has an outstanding opportunity for Supervisor, Operations – Vehicle Acquisition based in our Mississauga Location.
What will you do?
Supervise personnel and functional areas of Vehicle Acquisition including Administration, related to Factory Ordering, Status, Stock Purchases, Upfitting and Payables functions
Responsible for the efficiency and quality of all new vehicle ordering and upfitting as required to achieve departmental goals
Oversight and responsibility for the initial licensing process for vehicles purchased by Holman for our clients, in all Provinces Capable of leading discussions in client meetings, understanding unique client demands, and propose vehicle ordering/upfitting solutions that gain client confidence
Ability to
scope and set up client reporting as it relates to department functions and touch points. , all steps in the vehicle acquisition supply chain, from order to delivery
Provide
leadership
and guidance for the professional development of department staff
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Business or related fields
Related automotive experience would be considered a huge asset
Understanding of initial licensing requirements for new vehicles in all Canadian Provinces Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint5+ year’s relevant experience with a
proven track record
of strong
team leadership
.
