Lead the Engineering Configuration Management team in overseeing product configurations and managing changes. This role prioritizes supervision, ensuring traceability and quality for high power amplifiers and generator systems.
As an Engineering Configuration Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing policies and maintaining accurate configurations within a manufacturing setting.
Your role will involve leading a team, managing ECR, ECO, and ECN processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also analyze design changes and create training materials to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain configuration management best practices
• Manage multi-level BOMs, supporting manufacturing needs
• Ensure full traceability and compliance of ECR, ECO, and ECN processes
• Oversee revision control for technical documentation
• Analyze product design changes for impact assessment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 6–9 years in Configuration Management or Change Control
• Experience supervising in a cross-functional environment
• Hands-on expertise with PLM/ERP systems, preferably JDE
• Strong analytical and communication skills
