Duties:
– Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
– Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Maintain inventory levels and oversee product merchandising
Experience:
– Proven experience in bakery or food services
– Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets
– Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.50-$23.89 per hour

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
