The main purpose of this position will be to work in a welding and industrial gas Industry answering all customer inquiries as the first point of contact by phone , email and EDI systems . In addition to displaying excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills in a fast paced environment.

Missions and Responsibilities

Incumbents must have experience in an industrial setting and be able to respond to customer questions related to welding needs. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.

Competencies and Profile

– Some prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding

– Proficient with Computer – Strong working knowledge with Oracle, SaleForce and Google would be considered an asset.

– Experience working in customer service role is essential

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Excellent customer service

– Prioritize and time management is a must
