As a key member of the Student Conduct & Support division, the Advisor oversees the implementation of the Non-Academic Student Code of Conduct. This position requires collaboration with Counseling, Safety, Athletics, and other essential departments. You will conduct investigations, manage cases, and deliver educational training, contributing significantly to student well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake and investigation of conduct complaints
• Analyze evidence and write detailed reports
• Maintain electronic database for case management
• Liaise with students for issue navigation
• Fulfill other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Law
• Minimum 5 years working with diverse student populations
• Experience in investigations and case management
• Knowledge of mental health challenges
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and databases
