  • About the job:

  • Ensure purchasing planning, calls for tenders, and evaluation of bids.
  • Follow and maintain the site’s sourcing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and construction teams to develop tender documents and statements of work.
  • Ensure goods and services are acquired at the most economically advantageous price and meet quality, specification, and deadline requirements.
  • Ensure general conditions of agreements with communities are respected.
  • Promote and respect company values, health and safety standards, and environmental protocols.
  • Work schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

  • What you need:

  • College or university degree in business administration, finance, accounting, business law, sales, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the site is mandatory.
  • Experience in industrial environments or heavy industry; mining sector experience is an asset.
  • Awareness of cultural differences and experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Sourcing certification (SCMC, CSCP, CIPM, SCMP, or SCM) is an asset.
