Oversee the operations of a personal care home as the Home Manager. Build relationships with residents and families while directing care staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
In this full-time role, you’ll handle the strategic and operational needs of a supportive environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including paramedics and healthcare staff, to provide seamless resident care and support. You’ll also ensure staff are well-trained through ongoing education and recertification efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the personal care environment
• Direct and support staff to prioritize resident needs
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated care
• Oversee staff training and compliance programs
• Adjust schedule for administrative tasks and on-call duties
Requirements:
• Preferred: LPN training and current licensure
• Valid BLS certification is a plus
• Clinical personal care home experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Operations experience in the not-for-profit sector preferred
