Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual performance plans for the FNIM Program
• Implement communication strategies promoting collaboration
• Evaluate financial performance for cost-effectiveness
• Manage staffing and performance reviews for the team
• Establish and maintain relationships with Indigenous organizations
Requirements:
• Graduate Degree in health care or related field
• 10+ years management experience in related settings
• Strong leadership in health care initiatives
• Experience with financial planning and budgets
• Ability to conduct community-based research
