Role Responsibilities:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere in our garden center.

Utilize your expertise to oversee our merchandising and sales team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Share your knowledge and passion for gardening by providing training and guidance to our team members.

Address any performance issues promptly and constructively, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Collaborate with department leads to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

Keep a close eye on inventory levels and work closely with our ordering team to restock products in a timely manner.

Use your creative flair to ensure our retail displays align with customer preferences and budget constraints.

Listen attentively to customer feedback and take proactive steps to resolve any issues or concerns.

Adapt schedules to meet the seasonal demands of our business while staying within budgetary constraints.

Build and nurture relationships with our buyers and administrative team to support the overall success of the store.

Additional Details: As a key member of our retail management team, you’ll work closely with the Owners to drive the success of our store. Keep in mind that our business experiences seasonal fluctuations, so flexibility in your schedule is a must. During peak seasons, you may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, while fewer hours may be needed during quieter times.
