We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including purchasing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assisting HR in completeing performance evaluations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
- Outgoing and able to do cold calling and follow-ups with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the epoxy coating industry is needed. It’s applications and the products themselves.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in managing inventory systems and customer accounts.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Understanding of logistics practices is necessary.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
