Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a clean, fully stocked and organized store environment. Duties:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register & Point-of-Sale System
– Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
– Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
– Assist with store opening and closing procedures
– Answering Store phone
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
– Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
– Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
– Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
– Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
– Must be fluent in English
