Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Stonemason to join our team. As a Stonemason, you will be responsible for working with various types of stone materials to construct, restore, and renovate structures. If you have a passion for masonry work and possess the required skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
– Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan masonry projects
– Operate heavy equipment for moving materials and shaping stones
– Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and polish stones
– Build, restore, and renovate stone structures such as walls, patios, and facades
– Apply caulking and other sealants to protect finished work
Skills:
– Proficiency in masonry techniques
– Ability to operate heavy equipment for stone manipulation
– Experience in reading blueprints and schematics
– Skill in using power tools for cutting and shaping stones
– Knowledge of various types of stones and their properties
– Strong attention to detail for precise workmanship
