Job Requirements:

Diploma in forest engineering, forest management or equivalent related field.

Experience in one or more of the following:

Timber harvesting monitoring/conformance

Cut-block development

Silviculture

Forest road engineering

Registered, or eligible for registration as a Registered Forest Technologist with the Forest Professionals of BC.

About this Position:
There are 2 (two) permanent positions available.
This position can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above.
Lesser qualified applicants may be considered at a lower classification.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.

Confirmation of registration/eligibility will be required before an offer of employment can be made.
