About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll be involved in daily food preparation and cooking, following recipes and dietary requirements, and ensuring every plate meets our quality and presentation standards. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items as directed, ensuring consistency and quality
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, keeping your station clean and organized
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support daily prep and assist in meeting dietary and portion requirements
- Follow plating specifications and contribute to excellent food presentation
- Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a full-service kitchen is a plus — but we’re open to training the right person with passion and potential
- Basic food prep and handling knowledge
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to high work standards
- Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends
