As a Maintenance Team Leader – Static, you will oversee activities performed by Technicians to ensure proper execution of maintenance processes.
Your role combines leadership in managing services with direct involvement in executing preventative and corrective maintenance. You will also be responsible for training and assessing your team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor work progress effectively
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and inspections
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Experience in facility operations and maintenance
• Previous leadership experience is preferred
• High school diploma with trades training
• Current knowledge of safety codes and standards
