Work Location= Hybrid (2 days at home) / Office combination (CALGARY, AB)

Permanent Salary & Bonus potential

  • $58,000-$60,000/year
  • Bonus: $10,000-$40,000/year (approximate range on top of the base salary)

Responsibilities

  • Identify client prospects in need of Randstad’s Manufacturing & Logistics workforce services & solutions- temporary and permanent positions (forklift operators, picker packers, machine operators, general warehouse labour, etc) (70% of the day- 30% of that is new business development)
  • Account manage relationships with current clients to identify future needs and provide thought leadership to assist in their daily operations (30% of the day)
  • Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
  • Sell the value of Randstad services and the Randstad App to support customes in achieving their business goals.
  • Meet established daily /weekly productivity goals including weekly connect activities and pre-set in person client visit goals.
  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience (B2B is a strong asset- retail store managers, etc)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Technically competency and the ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment
  • Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
