and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, you will play a significant role in helping the company source, attract, and develop
top talent
as we expand our elite team. You live and breathe our Fusion Homes values and can accurately assess this in successful candidates.
A champion of talent attraction and expert in talent management practices, you are passionate about recruiting top-notch employees and supporting them to develop and reach their full potential, while driving key projects that propel our People & Culture mandate.
What You’ll be Doing:
Recruitment (70%)Collaborate with hiring managers and
senior leadership
to recruit
top talent
across the organization.
Participate in all activities in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, offer management, and hiring.
Source and attract a
diverse
pipeline of high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Leverage core interview tools and assessment strategies to accurately evaluate candidates’ alignment to the role requirements and
company values
.
Talent Management (30%)Lead effective performance management,
succession planning
, workforce planning and
career development
processes.
Partner with managers and employees to assess total talent health, succession strength, and internal mobility opportunities.
Implement action plans to enhance internal talent strength, including the execution and management of
career development
plans.
Design, shape, and execute key strategic People & Culture projects that achieve recruitment and talent management priorities t You Bring to the Table:
Full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring at the Director+ level.
