Job Description
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of BA experience with 3+ years in a senior role
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Risk, or Compliance projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio
- Intermediate SQL for data analysis
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets
- Experience with legacy systems or modernization projects
- Certifications such as CBAP, AAC, or CSPO
