Responsibilities
Product design, architecture, code development, unit and integration testing,
code reviews

Work with our certification engineers to ensure our products align with current standards
Assist the engineering manager in defining the scope and mitigating the risk for new product development
Address product quality and manufacturing issues through root-cause analysis
Lead
customer-focused
discussions and define stakeholder requirements as needed
Mentor and coach junior level engineers as needed
Develop and improve work practices and processes.
The
salary range
for this position is $110,000 – $118,000. MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering5+ years’ experience Embedded firmware development, debug and analysis
Strong experience with coding in C language. Additional expertise in C++ a plus
WE VALUEMaster’s degree with knowledge about Industrial Communications Protocols such as Profinet protocol, BLEEmbedded systems experience in milliwatt power environments
Utility or test Software development on PCSoftware simulation experience
Industrial
communication
protocol experience
-I2C, SPI, UART and high level protocols
Design for SIL (Safety Integrity Level) and cybersecurity
Use of source control tools like Git, Bit Bucket Use of Agile tools like Jira and confluence
