Spotlight Cabaret is a live performance venue complete with a unique restaurant, bar and rooftop patio on Whyte Avenue. The indoor Cabaret space will showcase a diverse array of performance art including dinner theatre, stand-up comedy, improv, dance, film, television and live music. Delicious food and inspiring drinks accompany our plethora of entertainment options making Spotlight a hotspot destination for any fun and celebratory brunch, lunch, or dinner. We want to show the best of what Edmonton has to offer in terms of theatre, music and the arts.
We are hiring for all front of house positions! Winter is still upon us but we are ready to conduct interviews with training taking place mid/end of April. We are looking for servers and bartenders!
Front of House Employee Requirements:
Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude with an eagerness to learn and work as a team
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment with a strong work ethic
A desire to deliver outstanding service and portray a professional and enthusiastic demeanor
Minimum one year past experience in restaurant setting serving and/or bartending
Open weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) is encouraged.
