You will deliver personalized care strategies and educate patients and caregivers on managing their conditions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage swallowing and communication disorders
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for patient-centric care
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for diverse patient needs
• Educate patients and care partners on management techniques
• Engage in teaching and research activities related to the role
Requirements:
• Valid membership with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists
• Clinical experience in a geriatric setting
• Proficiency in video fluoroscopic swallowing assessment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and initiative in a collaborative environment
