**Job Summary:**
I am seeking a strong Speech-Language Therapist to join my team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex communication challenges. They should possess strong skills in case management and collaboration skills.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
-Write concise assessment and progress reports.
– Provide speech and language therapy to patients with various conditions such as speech and language delays, social communication challenges, apraxia of speech.
-Knowledge in the areas of AAC and fluency is beneficial.
– Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
– Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies for continued progress.
**Experience:**
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
– Valid provincal license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
– Experience with FSCD contracts is a plus
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.
-Drivers license.
Pay: From $110.00 per hour
