Here’s a glimpse at your responsibilities:
Acting as a front-line agent to answer employees’ and managers’ questions about programs and policies.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees (contract management, file creation, background checks, program registrations, etc.).
Support HR initiatives and contribute to the creation and administration of programs within the company.
Administration of HR-related information systems.
Participate in initiatives to ensure process compliance.
Monitor internal HR documentation to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
