In this full-time role, report directly to the Director of Employment and Expansion. You will leverage your project management expertise and problem-solving skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative team environments and is passionate about enhancing program outcomes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee special project initiatives and funding deliverables
• Monitor and execute project timelines and outcomes
• Deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify trends for program expansion and partnerships
• Facilitate Build Days and support on-site event planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s related education or equivalent work experience
• 2–3 years of experience in project management
• Expertise in CRM and data tracking tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified in CPR and First Aid
