Role Summary

As a Special Finance Manager, you will manage incoming credit applications, structure approvals, and deliver a transparent, solutions-focused customer experience. You will work closely with lenders, Sales Consultants, and internal teams to ensure efficient deal flow and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications and bureau reports

• Structure deals based on individual customer profiles

• Communicate with lenders to secure approvals and negotiate terms

• Guide customers through income verification and required documentation

• Present vehicle and financing options clearly and professionally

• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems

• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to finalize and deliver deals

• Manage a high-volume pipeline while ensuring accuracy and compliance
