Elevate client success at INSTANDA as a Spanish Speaking Technical Client Success Manager. You’ll manage reactive accounts and partner on strategic accounts in a remote-first environment.
At INSTANDA, we’re looking for an experienced Client Success Manager with Spanish fluency to handle core account management and support strategic initiatives. In this role, you will ensure adoption, value realization, and retention across a defined portfolio. Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers to drive success and streamline client interactions throughout the insurance technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build tailored success plans for each client
• Lead end-to-end renewals and growth initiatives
• Conduct regular QBRs to showcase value and ROI
• Manage incidents via JIRA/Freshdesk for effective solutions
• Maintain up-to-date CRM hygiene for account health
Requirements:
• 4-7 years in post-sale roles within B2B SaaS
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of insurance workflows and stakeholder value
• Proven ability to interpret technical issues effectively
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
