Spa Associate Job Opening
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Dixie location is currently seeking local candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services.
We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. The job is ideal for somebody looking to establish a career in Spa Management. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers’ experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal, but not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
Strong operational background to work with multiple priorities
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary
Operating Laundry Machines, putting in linen to wash, dry and fold.
Maintaining the spa and washrooms clean
Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
Display a positive, energetic attitude
Be a team player
Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
Perform various other duties as assigned
Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
Ability to multitask
