Monday – Sunday Availability
3:30 am – 11:30 am shift

Duties and Responsibilities
Using manual and electrical processing machines.
Frying Donuts
Following recipes and/or product directions.
Mixing ingredients for cakes, squares, danishes, muffins, and additional items.
Making and using fondant, icing, and various fillings.
Decorating cakes, and pastries.
Following the production schedule set out by management.
Using convection ovens in a safe manner.
Interacting with customers in a friendly manner.
Cleaning and sanitizing the work area.
Representing ICS both in and out of the store.
Adhering to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.
Enrolled in or have an interest in the Baking Apprenticeship Program.
Experience
Culinary or food industry Experience
Skills and Abilities
Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbally and written.
Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image.
Can work independently with little direct supervision.
Have a well-balanced concern for both tasks and people.
Ability to delegate duties and responsibilities.
Have a genuine concern for the needs of customers.
Working Conditions
Required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required at times to work with challenging customers and/or situations.
Exposed to hot, cold, and dusty environments.
Regular exposure to flour and other baking ingredients, including nuts.
Physical Requirements
Long periods of standing and walking.
Frequent motions include bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Includes manual and repetitive tasks.
On occasion, you may be required to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs.)
