Job Overview
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with over 13 years of experience in development and application modernization, with a strong record of leading teams of 5+ members. The role focuses on Azure PaaS hosting, application migration, containerization, performance assessment, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a team of development professionals in modernizing applications.
- Design and implement migration of applications to Azure PaaS (AKS, ACI).
- Conduct performance assessment before and after migration.
- Containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes.
- Understand application architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Enterprise, Data, Dev Ops, and Integration teams.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in development and application modernization.
- Experience leading teams of 5+ members.
- Strong experience with Azure PaaS hosting and application migration.
- Proficiency in AKS, ACI, and containerization.
- Experience with performance assessment.
