Join Stage 3’s innovative team as a Solids Control Field Technician. This role focuses on enhancing drilling operations through specialized training and equipment on job sites throughout Canada.
As a Field Technician, you will gain hands-on experience with solids control technology while working in a rotational schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off. The role emphasizes safety, operational integrity, and teamwork to ensure customers receive top-tier service in managing drilling fluid. Comprehensive training on various specialized equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain solids control equipment efficiently
• Learn to conduct fluid analysis and drilling service tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and order maintenance at job sites
• Attend safety meetings and complete required reports
• Work on various projects across different locations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 2-year degree in relevant fields
• Experience with heavy machinery and solids control
• Ability to follow safety protocols meticulously
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
