Solar Sales Consultant – Northern Ontario (High-Performance Commission)
Job Summary Stardust Solar Temiskaming is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to lead our expansion in the Tri-Towns and surrounding agricultural areas. This is a field-based, consultative sales role for an individual who thrives on independence and is motivated by an uncapped, performance-based income structure.
The Reality of the Role
- Field First: You will be on the road. Success in this role requires visiting farms, residential properties, and businesses across the Temiskaming region.
- Flexible but Demanding: To reach $100k+, you must be available for evening and Saturday consultations when homeowners are available.
- Tech-Supported: You will be trained on our proprietary site-sketching and estimation software to provide professional, instant quotes in the field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Structure: High-tier commission based.
- Earnings Potential: First-year expected OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $65,000 – $90,000, with top performers exceeding $120,000.
- Perks: On-site parking in New Liskeard; mentorship from National Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 2 years in direct sales.
- License: Valid G Driver’s License.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex electrical/financial ROI to non-technical clients.
- Language: English (Required); French (Strongly Preferred).
Pay: $37,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
