You will collaborate with users, ensuring your developments achieve high capacity and quality in customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain internal tooling for Customer Success teams
• Automate manual processes across onboarding and account management
• Proactively monitor tooling performance and resolve issues
• Develop async task pipelines using Celery and SQS
• Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python, Django REST Framework, and Celery
• Comfort with AWS services like Fargate and SQS
• Collaborative mindset with strong product instincts
• Familiar with Retool or similar platforms
