Full job description
Bloom Clinical Care Counselling and Therapy Services is looking to expand our team with a Master’s level Registered Social Worker licensed in Ontario. We seek individuals interested in full-time, part-time, or casual caseloads.
Hours:This is an independent contractor role, you can pick your own hours. However, we require a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.

Location:Scarborough (1200 Markham Road, Toronto, ON M1H 3C3)

We are an established practice with an excellent reputation in Scarborough. Our well-respected work means that we have a steady stream of referrals and trust from our community. We are looking to onboard qualified and experienced therapists at our Scarborough location.
What we’re looking for:
● Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
● Registration in good standing with OCSWSSW (RSW)
● Currently has or will obtain professional liability insurance upon start date
● At least 1 year of experience with evidence-based counselling and therapy modalities
● Strong ability to work with a broad range of clinical issues (e.g. Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Self-Esteem, Anger Management, Life Transitions, Grief, Relationships etc)
● Availability for one of the following: weekends, evenings, or morning shifts
● Training in a trauma-informed modality, such as EMDR, IFS is anasset but not required
● Experience and training in couples therapy or family therapy, is anasset but not required
