We are rapidly expanding, with plans for:

This role directly impacts patient acquisition and company growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For…
You will own everything social media from strategy to execution to results.
This includes:
- Daily content creation (photo + video) inside the clinic
- Filming providers, treatments, patient transformations, and educational content
- Editing high-quality, fast-turnaround content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Writing captions that convert viewers into booked patients
- Managing and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Scheduling and organizing content through Hootsuite
- Running and optimizing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Tracking performance and adjusting strategy based on data
- Generating leads and contributing directly to booked appointments
- Capturing content efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Tools We Use…
You should already be comfortable with or quickly master:
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Hootsuite
- Meta Ads Manager
- CRM and patient communication platforms (experience with Podium is a plus)
Compensation…
- Hourly pay of $26 -$30/hr (based on experience and demonstrated ability)
