Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/remote role for a Social Media Manager based in Kingston, ON. The Social Media Manager will oversee and implement social media strategies, manage content creation, optimize social media performance, and enhance engagement across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, running social media marketing campaigns, and collaborating with teams to align content with branding goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to create engaging content
- Experience in crafting and executing Content Strategy for diverse platforms
- Excellent Writing skills for posts, captions, and messaging
- Knowledge of analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt strategies to meet goals
- Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and digital marketing
- Previous experience in a marketing or media-related role is advantageous
