What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a Social Media Associate, TikTok to join our Social team in creating fun and engaging content and finding innovative ways to engage with our audience on social media platforms.
This is a hybrid position, based out of ourTorontoHead Office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Support the Social Media Manager and the Social Media Associate Manager in content creation and development alongside Creative team
Assist managing community management accounts within (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Stay up to date with DECIEM’s product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns
Engage, maintain and develop professional relations with customers
Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications
Assist with customer queries across all platforms
Coordinate Social Media Campaigns as required
Adhere to company policies, social media rules and regulations
Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement
Help to develop and maintain our social media content calendar
Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform)
Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required
A love for creating content, comfortable speaking to the camera and livestreaming is required
Knowledge in current events and pop culture and Knowledge/proficiency in all current social platforms
Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset
Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in in social media or in a similar field is an asset
