Requirements:

• High school diploma with 2 years of culinary training

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience, with 3 in specialty positions

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and cost management

• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers

• Level Two certification in Food Protection needed
