Are you a friendly and conscientous hard worker, passionate about property maintenance looking for a full time opportunity to work outdoors?
GORILLA PROPERTY SERVICESis seeking reliablelabourersto join our team. As a labourer, you’ll be instrumental in looking after our clients’ needs by ensuring our property maintenance services are delivered consistently.
As a key member of our team, you will work alongside theGorilla Property Servicesteam leader to complete services at residential and/or commercial property. Your responsibilities will include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, holiday light installation and snow removal.

This position is entry-level and casual to start with potential for full-time employment. Some prior general labour experience is required. Employees are trained on the job in each service we provide and will be taught how to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and professionally. The hours and salary will increase as your skills do.
All of our work is outdoors and we work in all weather conditions – sometimes using ladders and working at heights. You must be able to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet while performing physical tasks.
Your work will look different everyday, depending on the jobs that are lined up. Job sites are typically within Regina but may be in surrounding areas. Occasionally, we may need to be out of town overnight, but we’ll cover the expenses.

Mandatory Job Requirements:
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Criminal Record Check
Education: High school or equivalent
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License (Minimum)
Must have personal vehicle to get to and from the job site
Must be within reasonable commuting distance to location of work
Working at Heights Certification (Preferred)
Ability to do physical work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work long hours (occasionally)
Respect for on-site safety
Tolerance to various weather conditions
Like to work in a team environment
