We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team at Top Notch Landscaping & Construction LLC. Duties
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
