V.I.L. Landscaping specializes in the Oakville area and has been providing quality landscape construction services since 2016.
With our current team of 12 guys, we are always looking to grow and we have reached the stage with over 5 crews, more skilled team members are needed. We are looking for full time reliability and a great work ethic. Mechanical knowledge and experience is valued.
Duties would entail…
– Managing a crew of 2-3
– Running intricate hardscape jobs, backyard living spaces, water feature installs. retaining walls, lighting, kitchens etc.
– Tracking man hours, are we meeting the budgeted man hours? Are our jobs getting completed on time and how can we do better for the next job.
– Compensation and bonuses are based on performance
– Tracking metrics and identifying pain points along with implementing systems to continually get better will be a big part of this role
