As you work in this energetic role, you’ll interact with customers through various communication channels, including in-person and online. Your responsibilities include managing inventory orders, fostering relationships, and proactively identifying sales opportunities. Additionally, you’ll help implement new technologies that enhance overall business performance while contributing to merchandising efforts in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to Site One customers
• Manage customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Prepare and facilitate inventory orders for customer needs
• Identify and seize opportunities to grow sales
• Assist with inventory and merchandising tasks
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of the green industry is an advantage
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
